MICHAEL PARRILLO - Principal & Founder

Michael is focused on the placement of prominent attorneys at leading law firms, corporations, and financial institutions and has been personally responsible for a number of New York’s highest profile partner and group placements. Prior to forming Parrillo Search Group, Michael was a key member and Executive Vice President of another legal recruiting firm and spent a number of years with Morgan Stanley.

VIJAY LUTHRA - Executive Legal Recruiter and Managing Director

Vijay began his legal recruiting career in 2006 and has made major placements of large groups, practice teams and significant individuals at a number of top New York and other leading firms. He has placed partners in a wide range of practice areas and jurisdictions, many of whom are considered leaders in their fields and regularly recognized in Chambers, IFLR, and the Legal 500. Partners and law firms gain tremendous benefit and insight from Vijay’s deep recruiting experience in a wide range of practice areas, and has been recognized by LawDragon as one of the top 100 legal recruiters in the country. Before joining Parrillo Search Group, Vijay led the New York office of Lippman Jungers LLC, and prior to that was a Senior Recruiter at Audrey Golden Associates in New York.

MATTHEW OLNEY - Executive Legal Recruiter and Marketing Director

Matthew brings a broad range of relationships and expertise that he has developed in over 10 years of legal recruiting. Matt is responsible for fostering new relationships and works to maintain the professionalism and transparency that are core to the company's culture and mission. While not recruiting, Matt is an avid soccer player and enjoys down time with his young family.

STEPHEN O’CONNELL - Executive Legal Recruiter

Stephen specializes in marketing, research, and relationship management. He is a first point of contact for many of our new clients and is an enthusiastic addition to our team.

JOSHUA COOPER - Executive Legal Recruiter

Joshua is a former Division 1 athlete and has transferred the skills he obtained while playing sports into growing his career. He is an initial point of contact for select new clients and is passionate helping people with their careers.

JAMES WINDSOR - Executive Legal Recruiter

James focuses on associate and in-house placements. He is responsible for identifying and targeting exceptional candidates at all levels who are looking for unique opportunities that often change their careers. Jim is a competitive cyclist and lives in Manhattan with his wife and three children.
